The clarion call (poem)

The divine hour has come
The prophesies of the scriptures
Is on the verge of coming true
The war of salvation is going to begin
So, give the clarion call O’ the mighty Mahananda
Your torrential currents shall wash one day
The sins accumulated since time immemorial;
Enough has been borne by the oppressed and the wretched
Mothers dying for want of nectar of life
Children suffering from want of nourishment
Aging people pressed by the burden of life
Neglected by their own lifeblood
Whom they nourished with all their might
Their sacrifice not going in vain
O’ the supreme father give the toiling masses
The power to “rebel”  for their life and liberty
The eastern wind gushing with lightning speed
Trying to wipe away tears from the eyes of deprived millions;
Enough is enough, life cannot remain as it is
Truth has to unfold in myriad forms
Breaking the shackles of slavery and death
Man must follow his conscience
And the divine shall follow spiritual science
Never in history one might  have heard
Oh’ the east wind! give the clarion call
To  the masses to begin the final  battle
And tell him, we are not alone
 God has woken from his deep slumber
His heart is wrenching to see the suffering and agony of his children
The time has come to reap the harvest
Of truth and justice;
Sacrifice of millions of people shall not go in vain
Shiva and Shakti have joined together
To form the trident of truth, justice and peace
The world shall see Tarun Bharat rise once again from the
Ashes of agonizing time
The day has come for the new millennium.
